Donna Feldman is a true all-media modeling powerhouse. Her statuesque 5’10” figure, striking flowing dark hair, sultry eyes and exotic Mediterranean features are recognized by hundreds of millions of people across the globe, thanks to her countless magazine covers, editorials, high-profile ad campaigns, TV and film appearances, and her constant presence in some of the biggest entertainment websites in the world.

Donna got her break when she distracted the eyes of international TV viewers during the Academy Awards as the stunning hostess hired to escort Oscar winners across the stage. Amongst those watching were the producers of NBC’s hit game show, Deal or No Deal, hosted by Howie Mandel, and Donna was soon turning heads as a member of its famous model team. This TV debut was followed by a series regular
role on Fashion House, the Twentieth Television dramatic series, starring Bo Derek, in which Donna played Gloria, an unscrupulous temptress who uses her sex appeal to get her way. The show aired six nights a week on MyNetworkTV, introducing Donna to fans in over 50 countries.

As a model, she graced the catwalks during Los Angeles’ Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and Macy’s Passport, the West Coast’s biggest runway show.
Some of her international print campaigns include Jaguar, Revlon, Pontiac for Sports Illustrated, Sean John, Fila, Wella, Christian Audigier Swimwear, Felina Lingerie, Verizon Wireless, Zanetti (Italy), Diesel (Israel), Panasonic (Japan), as well as ads for Ceasar’s Palace and Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Most recently, Donna was cast as the ultra-hot Bond-like girl jumping out of a helicopter, in the spectacular TV and print campaign for Visa BlackCard.

Donna’s seductive charisma captured the imagination of some of the sexiest music stars on the planet, landing her featured roles in chart-topping music videos by Enrique Iglesias (Tired of Being Sorry), Justin Timberlake (SeƱorita) and Sugar Ray (It’s so Easy), as well as the lead in Dwight Yoakam’s Blame the Vain.
She expanded her TV and film credits with acting roles on Las Vegas, The Young and The Restless and Chuck, and an eye-catching cameo as Adam Sandler’s bikini-clad Tel Aviv girlfriend in the feature film, Don’t Mess with the Zohan. She has been a co-host on TV Guide’s The Fashion Team, a special guest on Fox Business Channel’s Happy Hour and a scorching recurring panelist for Fox News’ Redeye, a show in which Donna was thrilled to showcase her humorous and witty side.
This global track record landed Donna on the coveted Hot 100 lists of Maxim and FHM magazines, which spots are reserved for the most talked about, most downloaded, most worshipped and sexiest women in the world. Yet, behind the glamour, the sultriness and the jet-setting lifestyle, Donna remains passionate, easy-going and professional always: a magnetic supermodel without ego, a dedicated brand ambassador and actress, with a contagious smile that constantly transforms her every project into a pleasurable and memorable experience.

Emily Scott, One of The Sexiest Women in the World

Known Internationally for her title as one of The Sexiest Women in the World, how did Emily Scott so quickly become an artist who fills clubs and turns dance floors into places of pure bedlam and euphoria? "Passion and dedication".

At the tender age of 11 Pioneer Pro DJ Emily Scott started her first music radio station with her little bro produced in her bedroom with a mic and a Boom Box, this was certainly a sign of things to come. “My happiest memories as a kid are always centred around the music that was being played." Whilst stydying dance at high school Em spent most of her time at live music venues listening to Korn and Groove Armada, but the lure of the club eventually proved too strong.

Emily was hired as a lighting technician at Quest (one of Australia's biggest House venues) in 2002. "I was hooked! The music of Roger Sanchez and Fred Falke took me to another level". A natural sense of when to build tension and when to hold it, she honed these skills to perfection during this time. It was her move to the UK that sealed her future, aquiring decks for the first time "All I wanted to do was play". And play she did, performing a sell out nation wide tour in Australia.

Performance is something Emily Scott is accustomed to. Her career as a model sky rocketed her onto UK TV, while the many magazine covers led her to a spot on US hit Entourage and Australia’s Dancing With The Stars. Due to her popularity and international appeal she has been voted Australia’s Sexiest Woman, 9th sexiest (UK) and 44th sexiest woman in the world (USA). Emily clearly performs well in front of a camera, she features in hundreds of glamourous magazines, gracing covers world wide, but it is behind the decks in front of a crowd where both her performance and musical talents shine.“I love the energy of dance music, its effect on people, the uncontrollable need to move. Music and dance are powerful tools unite and uplift."

Over the last two years Em’s presence on-stage and cutting edge music selection has cemented her position in the international DJ circuit. She has mixed high profile compilations for major Australian labels, and had sell out nation- wide tours. Highlights include playing support slots for legendary House DJ Erick Morillo and Pacha NYE and headlining venues and festivals from Australia through Asia. As well as special guest DJ slots for Austereo’s Saturday Night Party People going out nationally to over 40 stations, she regularly guest mixes for NovaNation, and is requested to spin at events for popular Australian Brands for their exclusive awards nights and fashion parades. It is this success that caught the attention of Pioneer who signed her as a ProDJ in 2009, leading her to join the cream of Australian DJ talent as well as international Ambassadors Roger Sanchez, Sander Kleinenberg and Armin van Buuren.

In 2010 she exploded into the scene of music production, and has hit the ground running. A fresh take on House and Tribal beats; bass lines that bounce, hooky vocals and percussion with infectious dance floor groove. This is the Emily Scott sound. Her first release Cortado was snapped up by Neon Underground, and gained radio support worldwide. “I am extremely excited to release my first record. I’m really happy with the track and learnt so much.” Her continued work includes remixes for Australia’s top dance producers, and her latest original The Time Is Now is signed to Roger Sanchez’s new label and will be released 2011.

If there’s one thing you must do its see Emily Scott spin. With a booked solid tour schedule, original tracks and remixes, regular radio slots and her own monthly podcast, it’s all about the music for Em and we eagerly await what’s next for the talented Model / DJ / Producer.

Kareena Kapoor's New Look

Kareena’s size zero figure has been a much-talked-about topic in gossip columns and shows, and she has flaunted her skinny look in many a magazine covers. But, are Indian women ready to take the size zero route? Kareena herself is no longer a size zero and has gained a lot of her weight back. So, what’s with the obsession?

Women have been known for their obsession with their body shape and figure. According to a recent survey released by cosmetics company Garnier, 7% of British women think about their body 50 times a day and that another 20% worry about their body shape 10 times a day.

The body shape these women crave for is not the slim figure of Kate Moss or Victoria Beckham but the enviable curves of Kylie Minogue and Catherine Zeta Jones. Thus they give a clear insight into what women really think when it comes to body shape and image.

Although the glam world has been glorifying thin figures for years now, women in day-to-day life do not want such thin bodies. They prefer that perfectly flat but firm stomach and don’t mind the curves. Not only do they fit into all clothes nicely, life also becomes easy when you are not trying to get anorexic to get that ‘twig’ figure. It is not surprising then that the hour-glass figure has been attracting the world for ages now.

One of the prime reasons for this fetish for curves is because traditionally we have been seeing that our mothers, aunts and other women we interact with in our daily lives are women with curves and are not skinny. Most men subconsciously prefer women with curves as it coincides with a woman's ability to conceive children. People do not see the models flaunting thin bodies as a girl-next-door image. Women want to fill the dresses they wear to get that perfect fit.

Meanwhile, do not misunderstand these curves to be fat. You can't disguise an overweight woman. Women prefer to have voluptuous figures but not obese. As already mentioned, bulges at the breasts and butts are liked but not when they fill out your tummies. In fact too big a butt or breast is also not liked by many.

However, it is a thing of the past when women tied a cloth around their breasts in order to make them appear thin and to get flat figures. Today voluptuous butts and breasts are called assets… and the policy is to “Flaunt it if you’ve got it”. Today’s real women disagree with media experts who claim size zero is in. They believe that “Real women have curves.”

Salman refuses to believe 'Bodyguard' is a success: Atul Agnihotri

Salman Khan is recovering after an eight-hour surgery in Pittsburgh and refuses to believe that his "Bodyguard" has broken box-office records, says his brother-in-law and co-producer Atul Agnihotri.

Salman, who underwent surgery for a nerve problem that was causing exruciating pain in his head, jaws and cheeks, believes his family is just trying to cheer him up by telling him that "Bodyguard" is rocking the box office.

"He is not totally convinced. He is thinking that we are saying this to cheer him up. This is because he is totally cut off from his regular sources. If he had been in Mumbai, he would have had more interaction, seen more TV and read editorials. There he is totally depending on what we are saying," Atul, who co-produced the film with Reliance, told IANS in an interview.

"Bodyguard", which released on Eid Wednesday, has surpassed the opening day box-office collection of "Dabangg" (Rs.14.5 crore) and "3 Idiots" (Rs.13 crore) by garnering Rs.22 crore in the domestic market.

Salman, 45, is expected to be home in 10 days. He is currently under observation, said Atul.

First, they did some test on him and then he was subjected to the first medical procedure. The surgery went for eight hours. Now he is under three-day observation. I think tomorrow night (Saturday) or day after (Sunday) morning they will review and go for the next step. He will be there for a week or 10 days more,? he said.

Atul is riding high on the unprecedented success of the Salman-Kareena Kapoor starrer action-drama, which has received overwhelming response from the audiences despite bad reviews.

We were expecting a good opening but the number has gone beyond our prediction. For us, before the release (of 'Bodyguard'), `Dabangg? was the benchmark. That we have surpassed, which is a great thing,? he said.

The film is scoring high even in south despite being a Hindi remake of Malayalam film of the same name. It was also made in Tamil.

?Even in Cochin where people have seen both its Tamil and Malayalam version, the film is doing extremely well. Till yesterday (Thursday) we had two theatres, today (Friday) we have opened up third screen so that?s an indicator of the reaction of the audience in south,? said the 41-year-old actor-director-producer.

Atul is expecting the box office collection to touch Rs.85 crore by this weekend.

As 31st was a holiday, we did a business of around Rs 21.57 crore, then yesterday (Thursday) we have touched about Rs.19 crore again. In that sense we have already done around Rs.41 crore and above, across India. Today is a Friday. In three days (including weekends) there is a possibility that we would cross Rs.80 to Rs.85 crore in India,? said Atul.

Salman turns Twillionaire!

After Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan, actor Salman Khan has become the third Bollywood celebrity to earn one million followers on Twitter. The actor, who is recovering in US after undergoing surgery for his facial nerve disorder, now boasts of 10.19 lakh followers while Priyanka and SRK have 13.98 lakh and 11.43 lakh respectively.

Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was the first Indian to cross the 1 million followers mark. He now has 1,368,305 followers.

Salman Khan, who is recuperating in US after his nerve surgery, has many reasons to celebrate. While he has been away, his latest film Bodyguard has broken opening day collections records and now, his tweets are being followed by over 1 million followers.

Good work, Khan!

Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan moves too Hollywood film

Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan will appear in his first Hollywood film alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in a new adaptation of classic novel "The Great Gatsby", according to Warner Bros. Pictures.

The 68-year-old star of 1970s hits "Sholay" (Sparks) and "Deewaar" (Wall) joins DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan in Australian director Baz Luhrmann's version of the 1925 novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Warner Bros. said in a statement from California on Tuesday that shooting started this week and Bachchan will play Meyer Wolfsheim, a shadowy organised crime figure who helps the mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby make his money.

Bachchan was in Australia last month, where most of the filming will take place, but he did not disclose on his daily blog whether the trip was to finalise his appearance.

Instead, he wrote cryptically on August 29 as he was about to return to India: "Time has been spent well and hopefully judiciously. Days ahead will tell us whether it was fruitful or not."

The "Big B", who has a fanatical following in India and among fans of Hindi-language cinema abroad, has starred in some 150 Bollywood films. In 2008, he released his first English-language film, "The Last Lear".

Maguire, star of the "Spider-Man" franchise, plays Nick Carraway, the would-be writer and narrator of the novel, who comes to New York from the US Midwest in 1922 to make his fortune.

DiCaprio plays the lead role of Jay Gatsby, while Britain's Mulligan plays his lover, Carraway's cousin, Daisy Buchanan.

The film is being made on a $150 million budget and due for release next year, according to the imdb.com website.

"The Great Gatsby" has been adapted for cinema four times previously, including in 1974 with Robert Redford and Mia Farrow.

Luhrmann, a fan of Bachchan who has said that Bollywood's trademark song and dance routines influenced his Oscar-nominated "Moulin Rouge", described Fitzgerald as "a passionate believer in the power of cinema".

"The vision and the goal of our remarkable cast and creatives is to do justice to the deftness of Fitzgerald's telling, and illuminate its big ideas and humanity."
